Immigration to Canada

Canada’s immigration laws are based on one fundamental concept: anyone wanting to visit, work, study or live permanently in Canada must apply to do so in his or her country of nationality or permanent residence. The main exception to this is of course for refugee claimants who most often see refuge once inside Canada.

There are numerous ways of coming to Canada, either temporarily or permanently, but whichever means you choose, you will find yourself dealing with forms and documents. For some, this is not an obstacle, and I am happy to lead you in the right direction should you choose to do it alone. For others, however, the process is intimidating and anxiety-filled, and these are the people I am here to assist.
